Take a complete journey through the human digestive system with this fun linking card game. It's become a brilliant classroom resource and teaching aid for science students studying biology at KS3. Essentially as they play the games, children are taken on a scientific journey. The cards show explanatory pictures with facts as they take children through the logical and phisiological process of eating food. It starts with a piece of food being eaten to how it moves through the digestive system to finish with how we remove waste byproducts.
The game mode asks players take turn to link the cards to their hand to those already played. However... if a link is not found another card must be picked up! The first player to lay all their cards wins. Throughout he game, players are kept actively engaged as they try and remember the facts of the processes involved.
The rules are simply and can be easily picked up in a few minutes of play so it's perfect to play in the classroom among peers.
