Brainbox Inventions - A Brilliant 10 Minute Challenge Game
How much do you know about the everyday items we surround ourselves with. Do you know who invented them, when and where? Ranging from items such as tea bags, sliced bread and the light bulb to even stranger inventions such as the weed cutting golf club, there is fun factual information for everyone to savour and enjoy.
This Brainbox game contains 54 beautifully-illustrated cards showing when, where and by whom these items were invented. There is a brilliant balance between learning and fun, as less serious inventions, such as the Whoopee cushion and Lava Lamp have been included alongside the lollistraw.
This is a really, really good family game. The rules can be easily adapted so that players of all ages and abilities can play together (children playing with grandparents for example). The best thing about it is that you really feel like you are going to learn something new every time you play.
