ICE Emergency Contact and Medical Alert Cards – For Children, Parents, Adults and Carers

An ICE card is a card that you carry with you everywhere you go. If an emergency arises and you are unable to speak for yourself, your ICE card holds all the important information required by first responders to ensure your medical or learning needs are properly and safely met. It also holds the contact details of the people that you have selected to be notified – just as the card says - in case of emergency.

On the reverse side of each card, simply fill in the required contact and medical details using a standard ballpoint pen

• Parent Cards – Suitable for parents or carers who look after a child with additional needs, to inform others of their special requirements
• ICE Cards – Carries details of who to contact in an emergency
• Medical Alert Cards – Carries details of medical conditions, allergies or learning needs
