With this in mind, we are pleased to announce that we have, free, express, standard and economy delivery services available. We are also happy to arrange courier deliveries for big bulk orders. In this instance, we ask that you contact us directly so that we can formulate an accurate cost for you. All of these options are displayed (where appropriate) as you begin the checkout process.

Royal Mail Latest News

When Royal Mail is on strike, priority is given to Royal Mail Special Delivery, and Royal Mail Tracked 24 services. Please bear in mind that all services will be delayed, and a non-tracked parcel can take 14 days or more to arrive during strike action. If you opt for a non-tracked service, you will need to factor in any delays as your goods may arrive later than you anticipated. Some postcodes are affected more than others.

Other shipping and collection options during Industrial Action by Royal Mail

We have added UPS Courier service as an alternative option for you, there are 2 options available - collect your order from your local parcel shop or deliver it to your shipping address.

A third option is to collect your order from our warehouse, our postcode is B76 9AF Monday to Friday between 9 am and 3 pm or at the weekend by prior arrangement only. If you wish to collect your order we will refund your postage fee upon collection. Weekend collection is available at certain times, please message us at to arrange a time. We need to know when you will be arriving as the security gates will need to be opened for you.

Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1:00 pm

Royal Mail aims to deliver your parcel by 1:00 pm the next working day and provide end-to-end tracking with a signature on delivery. Please note orders placed after 2 pm on a Friday afternoon will be posted the following Monday and guaranteed for Tuesday morning instead. All orders must be placed by 2:00 pm for next-day delivery.


Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48

Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48 are end-to-end tracked services. Royal Mail will send tracking updates by SMS or email.

Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 24 the next working day and Royal Mail Tracked 48 within two to three working days after collection of your parcel. Tracked 48 has a delivery aim of two days for over 94% of our postcodes.


Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class (Delivery Confirmation Only, this is a non-tracked postal service)

Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class postal services are not tracked, and we will only receive an update from Royal Mail when they attempt to deliver your parcel.

Your parcel will be scanned at the doorstep when delivery is made/attempted. f your parcel takes longer than expected to arrive, we can only ask you to kindly wait a few more days for your order to be delivered. Larger, bulkier parcels will be taken to your local sorting office if delivery cannot be made to your door.

Therefore, please look out for posting cards if you think you may be out. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 7 days, please check with your local sorting office as it may be waiting for you to collect.

If you like to track your order and follow the progress of your parcel, this is not the right postage service to meet your expectations.

We are also happy to arrange courier deliveries for bigger bulk orders. In this instance, we ask that you contact us directly so that we can formulate an accurate cost for you. Use the email address or our Contact Us Page detailing what you would like.

Incomplete Or Wrong Addresses

Please ensure you check your address, as once your order has been dispatched, we are not able to amend your delivery address, and you will be responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

An admin fee of £3.99 or the cost of your postage will be payable due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at the time of ordering. A payment request will be sent for parcels that are to be reposted which will need to be paid before a parcel is resent.

If you choose not to have your order reposted, we will deduct the postage cost from your order when we process your refund.
