ARK's Tongue Depressor Tip is a great addition to a sensory oral motor toolbox. Use it to examine the oral cavity, work on mid-tongue elevation, back of tongue elevation and lip closure. It can also be used to provide sensory input to a large surface area of the tongue.

Technical Information

The Tongue Depressor Tip measures approximately 3.9" long, 0.6" wide and 0.13" thick (10cm x 1.6cm x 0.5cm). It is available in two textures –

• Teal SMOOTH – this smooth tip is like a regular tongue depressor
• Dark Blue TEXTURED – a Brick-style look with large bumps on the front side and small bumps on the back for lots of sensory input

The oral tips can be washed in warm, soapy water or placed in the top rack of a dishwasher.
