Beckman E-Z Spoon

Beckman E-Z Spoon® - Available in 2 Resilience Options

Invented and developed by Debra Beckman, MS, CCC-SLP, The Beckman E-Z Spoon is an excellent feeding tool for young children and/or individuals with poor oral motor control.

The E-Z Spoon features a super shallow bowl.  The feeding end is narrow in size,  making it ideal for small mouths or for individuals who have difficulties removing food from a spoon. The handle end has a textured pattern, for a slip-resistant grip.

Choice -The E-Z Spoon comes in two versions -

• Green (Firm) - is firm and rigid, with very little flexibility
• Yellow (Soft) - is soft and rigid enough to contain food, but will flex when needed - suitable for someone who has a stronger bite reflex when feeding

Size -Each spoon measures 13.5cm long.  The feeding bowl measures approximately 3cm long x 1.1cm wide.  Dishwasher safe

The Beckman E-Z Spoon is made from medical grade materials that are FDA compliant - free from BPA, latex, lead, phthalates and PVC

Safety - Although these feeding spoons are made out of sturdy medical grade materials, they are not indestructible. Some individuals (particularly those with heavier oral needs and those who bite or chew more aggressively) may be able to damage the feeding spoon. Please supervise at all times and replace if necessary when the item shows signs of wear and tear.
